Lahntal: A textile recycling company constructs a storehouse of 60.000m²

By constructing a textile storehouse of a global scale, DTRW demonstrates itself as a leading certified company in the sphere of professional disposal. Owning a territory of 60.000 m2, the new grounds in Lahntal can store 108.000.000 kg of old textile and, when necessary, it can be extended for holding up to 128.000.000 kg. At the storehouse, textile waste will be kept in a clean and dry condition, until its application at different utilizing or recycling spheres. For example, more than a half of the collected textile can be immediately passed to the indigent for using it as clothing. Many improper textile items can be processed into scouring cloth, thermo isolating materials or as raw material for the chemical industry. With the help of the new storehouse, DTRW contributes into ecologically-friendly and economically reasonable re-usage of textile waste and hereby takes part in human, climate and nature protection.
